Cookie Policy
What we store in your browser, why we store it, and how to clear it. There is far less here than on most sites.
Last updated: 10 June 2026
This page explains the small pieces of data North Meadow I keeps in your browser. We use only what is needed to make the platform work. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics that profile you, or third-party trackers.
What we actually use
Rather than traditional cookies, North Meadow I relies mostly on your browser's session storage — data that stays on your device and is not sent to us. The items we store are:
- nmi_age_ok — records that you confirmed you are 18 or over, so the age gate does not appear on every page.
- nmi_cookie_ok — remembers that you have seen and dismissed this cookie notice.
- nmi_credits — keeps your current virtual credit balance so it carries between the two games during your visit.
That is the complete list. Each item is strictly functional: without them the platform either nags you repeatedly or forgets your balance mid-session.
What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No cross-site tracking or third-party profiling.
- No analytics that identify you as an individual.
- No social media pixels or fingerprinting.
Managing or clearing storage
Because these items are essential to how the platform functions, there is nothing to opt out of for normal use — they hold no personal data and never leave your device. You remain in full control: clearing your browser's site data, or using a private window, removes everything North Meadow I has stored. If you do, you will simply see the age gate again and start fresh with 1,000 credits, at no cost.
Plain summary: we keep three small functional items on your device, none of them tracks you, and clearing your browser data wipes them all.
