Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect almost nothing, because the platform is built so that it does not need to.
Last updated: 10 June 2026
This policy explains what North Meadow I (“we”, “us”, the “platform”) does and does not do with information when you use northmeadowi.com. It is written to be read, not filed away. By using the platform you accept the practices described here.
Our approach in one line
North Meadow I has no accounts, no sign-in and no payment system. Because of that, there is no profile to build and very little information for us to hold. We designed it this way on purpose.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to play.
- We do not create user accounts or store login credentials.
- We do not process payments, because nothing on the platform costs money.
- We do not build advertising or behavioural profiles about you.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
What stays on your device
Your virtual credit balance and a couple of small preferences are saved using your browser's own storage, on your device only. This includes a record that you confirmed you are 18 or over, an acknowledgement that you have seen our cookie notice, and your current credit total. None of this is transmitted to us; clearing your browser data removes it entirely. You can read more on the Cookie Policy page.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running. These logs are used in aggregate for operational purposes and are not used to identify you as an individual or to track you across other sites.
Children and age
North Meadow I is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the platform, please contact us and we will act on it.
Your rights
Because we do not hold accounts or personal profiles, there is generally nothing personal for us to retrieve, correct or delete. If you have a specific concern about data you believe relates to you, contact us using the details below and we will respond in line with applicable Swiss data protection law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
